More Service Providers to Receive Training in Wandering Prevention
Ontario is investing $761,500 in the Alzheimer Society of Ontario’s Finding Your Way program to help improve training and reach more people who come into contact with persons affected by dementia.
Age-Friendly Community Planning Outreach
The AFC Planning Outreach Initiative offers assistance to Ontario communities interested in adopting age-friendly planning principles. This project includes the development of partnerships, web resources, and the creation of a network for knowledge exchange across Ontario.

Ontario Senior of the Year Award: local municipalities recognize an outstanding senior who after the age of 65 has enriched the social, cultural or civic life of the community (for municipalities only).
