Providing excellent customer service is an important part of the work we do every day and the Ontario Seniors’ Secretariat aims to build on and improve the high calibre of customer service we provide to all of our clients.
To ensure that we can continue to meet our clients’ needs and expectations and develop more service standards, we will continuously evaluate our services and will report annually on the results, starting in 2011.
